Nourishing Lives, Building Community
Nutritious frozen meals can be picked up at Mackenzie Seniors Center or delivered weekly by a dedicated volunteer.

Who can receive services?
- All ages
- Chronically ill
- Physical or mental disability
- Recovering from medical procedure
- Undergoing medical treatment
- Anyone who benefits from a nutritious meal

- Frozen meals delivered weekly
- Affordable price determined by income
